SCARBOROUGH, Maine – If you’ve ever been to Thunder Valley, you probably know that races can be pretty intense and competitive.

Recently, a 240SX was getting ready to take on a Rat Rod at the Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in Maine.

It was all part of the Street Legal Spectator Drag Races at the speedway to see who could cross the line first.

As the cars take off from the starting line, the Rat Rod takes a slight edge before crashing into a wall on the curve.

As the 240SX passes the wreck, the driver slams on his brakes, turns around and goes back to check on the other driver.
