FBI investigating Oklahoma City bank robbery

OKLAHOMA CITY –  Authorities with the FBI are looking for two men who allegedly robbed an Oklahoma City bank Friday.

Around 10:00 a.m., witnesses reported seeing two Hispanic men walk into the Bank of the West branch yelling, “everybody get on the ground.”

One of the suspects stayed in the lobby and ordered everyone to the ground while the other man reportedly approached the counter and demanded money from the teller.

After getting the money, both suspects left the bank and were last seen driving west through the bank parking lot toward N.W. Expressway and N. MacArthur Blvd.

The first man is described as a Hispanic male, medium build, wearing a nylon stocking over his head and face, a dark long sleeve shirt with white horizontal stripes, dark baseball cap, white gloves, dark pants with a white stripe down the leg and carrying a white plastic bag.

The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, medium build, wearing a long sleeve green shirt with white horizontal stripes, blue jeans, dark ski mask, dark gloves, white sneakers.

He was also carrying a dark colored revolver.

The robbery is currently being investigated by the FBI and the Oklahoma City Police Department.

The Oklahoma Banker’s Association is offering a reward up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
