OKLAHOMA CITY -The Arts Council of Oklahoma City’s Sunday Twilight Concert is here!

Everyone can enjoy the free, family-friendly concerts every Sunday June 1 through Sept. 28.

KALO is set to perform Sunday, June 8 at 7:30 pm. KALO’s performance will take place at Bicentennial Park, east of the Civic Center, 500 Couch Dr. The rest of the Sunday Twilight Concert Series will take place at the Myriad Gardens Great Lawn Stage.

This cultured artist brings influences from her hometown in Israel, her experience as a student at the School of Art in Oklahoma City, and her time living in New York City all together to create an astonishing original sound. KALO gained attention when her single “‘Standing” was used in the New York play “Miss Kim.”

The concerts will be 7:30 to 9 p.m. each Sunday evening. Additional concerts are set for June 13 and 14 at the Great Lawn Stage at Myriad Botanical Gardens in conjunction with the deadCENTER Film Festival. Starting on June 15, the regular Twilight concerts return to the Great Lawn Stage at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. The tentative 2014 concert schedule includes:
