LOGAN COUNTY, Okla. – After last night’s high winds, one Logan County resident woke up to one of the city’s storm sirens in her front yard.

The winds were so fierce they toppled the entire pole into Ellen Price’s front yard.

Price said, “I knew we had a lot of wind last night.  It woke me up even before we got our phone call from the city, so this morning I called the city to let them know about it because it was hanging over the cable pole.”

The city said they actually had to untangle the storm siren pole from the cable wires.

They think they pole should be fixed within the next several days.
