Chaos in Iraq sends gas prices soaring; Here’s where Oklahoma stands

The Lundberg Survey is reporting that the average price of gas rose about two cents a gallon nationwide over the past two weeks.

The national average  in the lower 48 states is now $3.70 per gallon.

Gasoline is most expensive in Chicago, at $4.14 a gallon.

The lowest gas prices were found in Tucson, where a gallon was going for $3.37.

But, you can find gas as low as $3.28 in Oklahoma City.

Lundburg says crude oil prices have gone up slightly and will likely go much higher if the Turmoil in Iraq continues.
