New Superintendent takes over one of the state’s largest school districts

OKLAHOMA CITY  – Oklahoma City Public Schools welcomes a new Superintendent today.

Rob Neu will the hit the ground running when he takes the reigns from the interim superintendent Dave Lopez on Monday.

Neu comes to Oklahoma from Seattle.

He’s expected to reveal his transition plan for the school district at a regularly scheduled board meeting Monday night.

Neu will have a lot on his plate, including the district’s continued struggle with overcrowding and poverty.
