OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma City Bomb Squad is currently investigating a suspicious package found near downtown Oklahoma City, causing some busy streets to be shut down.

Authorities say they are looking into a suspicious package found in the 2100 block of W. Reno.

As officials investigate the scene, police have closed the eastbound off ramp from I-40 to the new Crosstown Blvd.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and find an alternative route.
