OKLAHOMA CITY - A young boy wants to pay it forward to a man who came to his rescue when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver.

Last month Ceasar Aguilar was making his rounds when he first encountered 8-year-old Jonathon Collins.

When Jonathan was hit, Ceasar rushed over to him and carried him to safety.

Jonathon's dad, Jeff Collins said, "In my eyes and in my son's eyes, he is a hero because he saved him.  He has nightmares about it.  He'll wake up crying and just scared."

Jonathan's right leg is shattered, it is held together by titanium rods.

Because of Ceasar's heroic actions, Jonathan wanted to nominate him for Pay It 4Ward.
