OSBI investigating Delaware County assualt

GROVE, Oklahoma City. – A man is behind bars tonight after beating his brother with a firearm, according to OSBI Officials.

Delaware County Sheriff’s responded to an assault call around 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

When deputies arrived, they arrested Gary Murry, 52, for assault and battery with a deadly weapon..

His brother, Randy Murry, 54, was flown to a hospital in Joplin.

Officials have not released the cause of the assault or the extent of the victims injuries.

OSBI is involved in the investigation.
