A new study singles out the most cost-effective commercial weight loss programs.

Researchers at Duke National University of Singapore looked at high-quality studies of popular weight loss programs.

They found Weight Watchers and the diet pill Qsymia had the best value.  Participants lost weight and did not have high out of pocket expenses.

Jenny Craig was also effective, but the program cost users more than 2,500 dollars a year.
