Sooners Excited For New Uniforms, Facility Upgrades

Many media outlets have the University of Oklahoma football team ranked in preseason top ten polls and some are predicting that OU has a chance to play in college football's first playoff at the end of the 2014 season.

The Sooners received some additional boosts during the offseason from the University.

OU unveiled alternate uniforms, which pleased lots of the players and recruits, and announced $370 million of upgrades to Memorial Stadium after the completion of the 2014 football season.

The Sooners will still wear their traditional uniforms the majority of the time, mixing in the alternate uniforms a few times each season.

The facility upgrades include bowling in the south end of Memorial Stadium and new, expanded training areas for the school's athletes among other things.
