OKLAHOMA CITY- Today is World Elephant Day!

Oklahoma City’s own Rex, Asha, Chandra, and little Malee put on a special presentation for zoo-goers today.

The Oklahoma City Zoo along with the Wildlife Conservation Society are working to bring awareness to elephant poaching.

Kids were given hats, ribbons and educational coloring sheets to support the cause.

Dozens of elephants are killed every day and animal advocates say this needs to change.
