OKLAHOMA CITY – Downtown traffic advisers have issued a traffic advisory for metro drivers.

Officials say drivers could face a few detours when traveling downtown.

Here’s a list of streets that will be closed off or reduced to one lane:

Eastbound traffic on Sheridan Ave between Francis Ave and Shartel Ave will be reduced to one lane on August 18 for private utility work.

Walker Ave between NW 9 and NW 10 will close to all thru traffic on August 11 for private utility work.

NW 10 between Dewey and Walker east bound will close on August 11, west bound traffic will remain open.

North bound Oklahoma Ave between NE 6 and NE 7 will be closed for utility work on August 5. South bound traffic will remain open.

Intersection of NW 4th and Robinson closed.

Kerr closed to traffic between Robinson and Broadway.

Main reduced from Shartel to Lee for construction of the new police headquarters.

Main reduced from Walker to Hudson for construction of the parking garage.

Robinson closed between Kerr and McGee.
