At his first weekly news conference of the season on Monday, OU head coach Bob Stoops was asked about the season-ending knee injury suffered by former Sooner and now St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford.

Stoops says the entire OU football office was crushed to hear the news, and Stoops texted Bradford to wish him well and let him know the entire OU program is supporting him.

Bradford suffered a torn left ACL on Saturday night in the Rams' game against Cleveland.

It's the same ACL he suffered a season-ending injury to in October of last season.
