OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City Thunder’s Kevin Durant has signed a new contract with Nike.

This deal comes after rumors Durant may leave his Nike sponsorship for a deal with Under Armour.

According to ESPN, Nike countered Under Armour’s offer of between $265 million and $285 million and won the basketball star over.

Nike reportedly offered Durant a 10-year deal worth around $300 million.

ESPN says Durant should make more from his Nike deal than the Thunder will pay him over the next two seasons.
