Oklahoma’s football team stayed where they were in the preseason polls after their season-opening win over Louisiana Tech last Saturday.

The Sooners remained fourth in the Associated Press poll and third in the coaches poll.

OU received two first place votes in each poll.

Oklahoma State is not ranked in either poll, but did get more votes than they received in the preseason, and are the equivalent of 27th in the AP poll, and 26th in the coaches poll.

Florida State remains number one in both major polls.
