Sheriff: Man who escaped from Oklahoma correctional center considered “armed and dangerous”

HODGEN, Okla. – Authorities in LeFlore County are searching for a man who escaped from a correctional center.

The LeFlore County Sheriff’s office says they are looking for 22-year-old Forest Thomas Devitt.

He is a white man, standing 5’9″ tall and weighing 134 pounds.

He has brown hair, brown eyes and a snowman tattoo on his left arm.

Officials say Devitt is considered armed and dangerous.

Devitt escaped from the Jim Hamilton Correctional Center near the Arkansas border.
