KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Missouri woman was tired of her mailman mishaps, so she started recording her daily deliveries.

According to WDAF, Susan Howard Perry said she was fed up with her mailman being careless and destructive with her mail for years, so when she was expecting an expensive package, she recorded the delivery on her phone.

She captured the mailman throwing her mail on the ground and felt she finally had proof.

After years of complaining, she decided to post to Facebook to get some results, and the support started pouring in.

Soon after, postal service managers came to her house and apologize.

“That’s all I want! I want my mail!” she exclaimed.

The U.S. Postal Service responded by saying it condemns the actions of an employee who mishandles mail or packages, and has taken actions to make sure it does not happen again.
