OKLAHOMA – An Oklahoma City Thunder star just signed their first equity-based endorsement deal.

Thunder’s Kevin Durant signed his first partnership deal with Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, an OKC based international chain, according to Karley Hofer,
Director of Brand Development with Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt.

The specific financial terms of the deal, in which Durant was represented by RocNation Sports, are not available.

Durant is receiving an ownership interest in Orange Leaf in exchange for his work promoting the brand through community service partnerships, social media and personal appearances.

A key element of the partnership will include the development of a program that will impact underserved kids and communities.

This is his first such deal with an OKC based company.
