TULSA, Okla. – A man wanted in Midwest City was arrested in Tulsa Thursday.

36-year-old John McDonald was wanted in Midwest City on accusations of assault with a deadly weapon and robbery.

According to KJRH, police located McDonald at 2400 South Irvington in Tulsa when they witnessed him leaving the area, in which a police vehicle pursuit ensued.

Police say McDonald sideswiped a car, ran a red light, and hit another car during the pursuit.

After the short chase, police took the man into custody.

He was booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
