Walmart looking to help Oklahoma non-profits

OKLAHOMA – Walmart is looking to help Oklahoma non-profits.

The company will grant anywhere from $25,000 to $250,000 to non-profit organizations that best serve the needs of Oklahoma communities.

According to Walmart, Oklahoma nonprofit organizations can apply for funding to support programs within the scope of the “Focused Giving” areas that include hunger relief, healthy eating or career opportunity.

The organization will start accepting applications on September 7.  Grant applications must be received before midnight on September 13, 2014.
