Oklahoma teacher facing sex allegations goes to court

OKLAHOMA CITY – A former Oklahoma City high school teacher goes to court today to face charges of sexual misconduct.

A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday for Callie Elise Miller, a former teacher at Capitol Hill High School.

Miller is accused of sexual misconduct dating back to 2013.

One student claims to have been raped by the teacher.

Two other students claims the teacher distributed lewd pictures via cell phone.

Miller was suspended after the allegations were made.
