OKLAHOMA CITY – Thousands of visitors poured onto the State Fairgrounds for the 2014 Oklahoma State Fair.

The cloudy skies gave way to rays of sunshine as the day went on.

NewsChannel 4’s Linda Cavanaugh, Kevin Ogle, Meg Alexander and meteorologist Matt Posgai were on hand to sign autographs, share stories and play Spin To Win.

Vendors from across the country were selling everything from hot tubs to candles.

The pleasant aroma of barbecue, burgers, funnel cakes and turkey legs could be smelled at the State Fair.

Children led their parents to carnival rides that spin, twirl and go up and down.

The State Fair continues every day through Sunday, September 21st.
