CYRIL, Okla. - An Oklahoma woman was arrested for allegedly raping a 13-year-old boy.

31-year-old Robbie Capshew was a trusted housekeeper.

But police and a Cyril mother say she was doing more than cleaning inside their home.

It has the quiet town buzzing.

Police say it all started with a brag from Capshew herself, about an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old boy.

"The mom just said she had a gut instinct,” says Officer Chris Wagstaff. “She started questioning her son and from there he told the truth about what happened that evening."

The 13-year-old's mother knew exactly how to get her son to tell her everything.

She asked him what she was going to see when she watched the house's surveillance video.

He said she was going to see him and Robbie having sex.

"She knew that if she told him there was a camera in the house her son would tell the truth, he couldn't lie to her,” says Officer Wagstaff. “So she bluffed him."

Her son went on to tell her that inside this house Capshew lured him to one of his grandmother’s bedrooms to have sex.

He told police it wasn’t long before he stopped and said, “I can't do this."

What happened that night has rocked this small town.

"Of course it's disturbing,” says Officer Wagstaff. “A small town in Oklahoma, that's just not supposed to happen. So it does upset the town."

Capshew is facing serious charges of first degree rape and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
