Report: Liberia could prosecute man who brought Ebola to United States
According to Binyah Kesselly, board chairman of the Liberia Airport Authority, said passengers were screened three times before they boarded a flight to the United States.
During those screenings, passengers are given a questionnaire to determine if they are at risk for spreading Ebola.
Authorities in Liberia are now looking into Thomas Eric Duncan’s questionnaire to determine if he lied while filling out the form.
“The airport authority will seek to prosecute Eric Duncan if it is determined that he made a false declaration during the health screening questionnaire,” said Kesselly.
