MANSFIELD, Ohio – Remember the Ohio woman who was caught on video taking a stuffed animal from a child’s grave?

She has been ordered to serve jail time and pay a fine.

Frieda Kay Shade admitted to taking the toy from a local cemetery in May and pleaded no contest to petty theft.

WJW reported the woman told officials she saw a loose dog running around and she lifted the stuffed animal to “keep the dog from destroying it.”

She was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail and pay a $250 fine.
