Jesus House of OKC seeking food donations for Thanksgiving event

OKLAHOMA CITY – A local outreach center is seeking food donations for Thanksgiving food baskets for next month.

Jesus House of Oklahoma City will be accepting donations of frozen turkeys, frozen hams, boxed stuffing mix, chicken broth, turkey or chicken gravy mixes, instant mashed potatoes, canned cranberries or cranberry sauce, canned yams, and canned vegetables. Desert mixes and pie fillings are also appreciated.

Donations may be dropped off at the Jesus House offices at 1335 West Sheridan in Oklahoma City until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November, 25.

The Thanksgiving Food Basket distribution event is scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 24-26.)
