Authorities: Escaped Oklahoma inmate captured in Arkansas

Update: Authorities say the inmate who escaped on October 19 is back in authorities hands.

Officials say Stewart was captured in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. – An inmate is on the loose after escaping from the Bryan County Jail in Bryan County, according to authorities.

Officials have confirmed that Raymond J. Stewart, 26, has escaped.

Police say Stewart was charged with first degree murder back in March.

Officials have not released where they think Stewart may be headed.
