ILLINOIS – President Barack Obama cast his ballot on the first day of early voting in his home state of Illinois.

While the press took photos, one voter took the opportunity to joke with the President about his girlfriend.

President Obama stood next to fellow voter Aia Cooper.

Mike Jones, Cooper’s boyfriend, said,”Don’t touch my girlfriend, now.”

Yep, Jones teased the President of the United States.

“I didn’t know what to say. I was just shaking. I said ‘oh. boy, this is the president. What am I supposed to do,” said Aia Cooper.

The President played along and pretended to be annoyed.

“There’s an example of a brother — just embarrassing me for no reason. Just for no good reason,” said President Obama.

Mr. Obama predicted what Cooper would say later to her friends..

“‘I can’t believe Mike — he’s such a fool. I was just mortified. Fortunately, the President was nice about it. So it’s alright,'” said President Obama.

Jones just wanted to make people laugh, but it was the President who got the laugh.

“‘Give me a kiss and give him something to talk about. Now, he’s really jealous,” said the President.

There was no jealousy, just a great memory!

“He gave me a hug and a kiss…on the cheek. On the cheek! Just the cheek. Please, Michelle, don’t come after me,” said Aia Cooper.
