TULSA, Okla. – A former Tulsa County sheriff’s deputy was arrested on new charges of sexual assault.

According to the Tulsa World, Gerald Nuckolls resigned from his deputy duties after he was arrested and charged with the on-duty sexual battery of two women in September.

Nuckolls was arrested again Tuesday after another sexual battery charge was filed against him.

He is facing three counts of sexual battery, one count of indecent exposure, and one count of outraging public decency.

According to court documents, the new charge against Nuckolls is related to an alleged incident from March.

In September, after his first arrest, Nuckolls reportedly told investigators he engaged in sexual activity with around six women.

According to the Tulsa World, the woman at the center of the new allegations was identified to authorities by Nuckolls after his arrest in September.

“She wasn’t someone that came forward,” Sheriff’s Maj. Shannon Clark said. “he gave us information and our investigators located her.”
