Shooting in north Oklahoma City leaves one injured

OKLAHOMA CITY – Emergency crews were called to reports of a shooting in north Oklahoma City Tuesday night.

Initial reports indicate one man was shot at an apartment complex near Britton and Broadway.

Authorities say the victim was in his car when he was shot, but the car ran out of gas near Wilshire and Broadway.

According to the police affidavit, the victim was able to flag down a Good Samaritan, who was taking the victim to the hospital.

When officers arrived near Wilshire and Broadway, they found the victim’s car and seven people trying to push it out of the road.

According to the report, the vehicle had several bullet holes in the rear bumper.

Officials say the victim is in critical condition.

Authorities say they are still looking for the suspect.
