Police: Midwest City father arrested for allegedly raping daughter’s friend
OKLAHOMA CITY – A Midwest City man has been arrested after he was accused of raping a juvenile.
Authorities say 37-year-old Lowell James Walley allegedly raped a teen girl, who is friends with his daughter.
After picking the girl and a few friends up, authorities say Walley gave the alleged victim a drink.
According to the police affidavit, the bottle had 100% written on it and “gold flakes” in it.
At that point, she told officers she started to get dizzy when they pulled up to a hotel.
“She stated she remembers walking in to the hotel room and almost falling. She stated she felt strange and was having a hard time keeping her balance,” the report said.
After falling inside the hotel, the victim told police that she blacked out.
When she awoke, the victim told officers that suspect was on top of her and having sex with her.
She said she was in and out of consciousness and woke up the next morning.
She said she was naked and became very sick to her stomach.
“[Victim] stated [Walley] told her not to tell anyone what had happened,” the report says.
The next morning, the victim’s mother told police that Walley brought the girls back early.
According to the report, the victim seemed “very out of it” and was covered in vomit.
The victim told her mother that she wasn’t feeling well and wanted to take a shower.
After calling police because the victim was acting strange, the victim’s mother said the girl told her that she had been raped.
The other girl claimed Walley told her to get in the bathroom and stay in there until he told her to come out.
According to the police report, the victim says this was not the first time she was raped by Walley.
She claims he also raped her during a sleepover at his house.
The report says the victim’s mother claims she found sexting messages on her daughter’s phone between her and Walley.
Walley was arrested on two counts of first-degree rape.
