Missing Oklahoma girl safe, suspect arrested

ARDMORE, Okla. –  The suspect involved in the Amber Alert and missing Oklahoma girl has been arrested and charged with kidnapping and first degree rape.

Fount Dustin, 34, of Marietta, Okla. is being taken to the Carter County Jail in Ardmore, Okla.

Authorities say more charges may come forward as they continue to investigate.

Police issued an Amber Alert Saturday for the 7-year-old  after she was last seen being forced into a silver PT Cruiser with tinted windows around 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of NW H Street in Ardmore, Okla.

Officers responded to an anonymous tip of a vehicle that matched the description by police in Marietta, Okla.

The Amber Alert was canceled Sunday morning around 10 a.m. after Ardmore Police found the girl safe and arrested Dustin.

11/08/14  ARDMORE, Okla. – An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Ardmore 7-year-old.

She was last seen being forced into a silver PT Cruiser with tinted windows around 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of NW H Street.

The suspect has not been identified but is described as a white male with short, straight hair wearing tight fitting blue jeans.

This is updated information from the police. The girl had on blue jean capris pants, light blue shirt with a lighter blue tie dye on it.

She also had a navy blue hoodie that had “Old Navy” written on the front of it.

She also had on purple and pink converse low top tennis shoes.

There is no license plate information.
