OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man has been arrested after getting into a fight with his child’s mother.

The victim called police, saying the father of her child had attacked her after they got into an argument about money and another woman.

According to the arrest affidavit, the victim told police that 20-year-old Hakeem Carr “picked her up and threw her on the floor.”

She says he tried to push her out of the house.

When she refused to leave, the report says he grabbed her throat and began to choke her.

As he held their baby, Carr allegedly said “If you don’t get out of the house, I am going to f****** kill you,” according to the police report.

Carr was arrested for domestic abuse by strangulation, domestic abuse in the presence of a minor and domestic assault with a dangerous weapon.
