OKLAHOMA CITY – A former Oklahoma City law enforcement officer is accused of training customers to lie and conceal crimes during polygraph examinations.

Officials say 69-year-old Douglas Williams, owner of Polygraph.com, has been indicted on obstruction of justice and mail fraud charges.

Williams allegedly marketed his training services to people appearing for polygraph examinations before federal agencies.

According to court documents, Williams trained an individual posing as a federal law enforcement officer to lie and conceal involvement in criminal activity from an internal agency investigation.

While serving as a police officer with the Oklahoma City Police Deparmtment, Williams was in charge of the polygraph section of the Internal Affairs Unit, according to his website.

Since then, he has become an avid critic of polygraph tests, calling them inaccurate.

In the video below, William explains his services.
