WASHINGTON – After a six-year battle, the U.S. House of Representatives has passed the Keystone Pipeline.

The pipeline would transport oil from Canada through Oklahoma and end on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Republicans have been pushing for passage for the past six years, but plans have been stalled over environmental concerns.
