NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. – A central Florida man wanted to grab some food from Taco Bell, but ended up behind bars instead.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports that the Taco Bell employees say they wouldn’t serve Gabriel Harris, 33, who was intoxicated, because he was on a bicycle in the drive-through lane.

They called police when the drunken bicyclist refused to leave after placing an order at the  Taco Bell drive-through window around 3 a.m. Sunday.

According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, police found Harris still sitting on his bicycle at the speaker.

When officers asked him to leave, they also saw a Swiss Army knife on the man’s belt and tried to grab it.

However, Harris grabbed the officer’s wrist.

That’s when the officer wrestled Harris to the ground and he was arrested.

A short while later, his mugshot was taken, which might be the saddest mugshot  ever.

Harris was charged with resisting an officer with violence.
