Body found near Michael Brown shooting site

FERGUSON, Mo. —  A body has been found near the site of where Michael Brown was shot to death in Ferguson, Missouri.

According to KSDK, the body was found near Canfield Green Apartments Tuesday morning after violence broke out in Ferguson Monday night.

That’s the apartment complex where Michael Brown was fatally shot by police officer Darren Wilson.

Monday, the grand jury’s decision to not indict Wilson sparked protests and riots throughout the greater St. Louis area and nationwide.

A witness saw a man parked inside a vehicle and called police.

Police say the body is a male, but his identity is unknown at this time.

Police are currently calling this a suspicious death at this time.
