OKLAHOMA CITY –  Around Thanksgiving, people across the country share what they are most thankful for during this time of the year.

Now, we’re getting a better look at exactly what people are most thankful for in each state.

Facebook statistics analyzed status updates that contained the words “grateful” or “thankful,” along with the word “day” preceded or followed by a number.

Most people were thankful for family and friends but researchers wanted to go further and look at the unique things people were thankful for related to the state where they lived.

Some of the most popular things included the rain, salvation, God and country music.

In the Sooner State, work ethic was the most distinctive topic.
