Oklahoma’s 22nd-ranked men’s basketball team used a 31-5 run to blow open the game and cruised to an 82-63 win over Missouri in the Big 12 /SEC Challenge on Friday night at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman.

OU closed the first half on a 16-5 run, then started the second half on a 16-0 run to take control.

Ryan Spangler led the Sooners with 18 points, while Buddy Hield scored 17 and hit three 3-pointers, and Isaiah Cousins added 16 with three 3-pointers.

The Sooners made 55 percent of their shots and hit 10 of 22 from three-point range.

Oklahoma improved to 5-2 on the season and will play at Tulsa on December 13th.
