NEW YORK, New York – The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are in the U.S. for their first visit to New York City.

The two have not made an official visit to the Unite States since they traveled to California in 2011.

The royal couple, without Prince George, arrived Sunday evening.

Monday, Prince William travels to Washington to meet with President Obama and attend a conference at the World Bank.

After returning to New York, he’ll attend a conservation reception hosted by the Royal Foundation and the Clinton Foundation.

Both Hillary Clinton and Chelsea Clinton are expected to attend.

The Duchess spends the day in the city.

She will visit a child development center in Harlem.

She’ll then attend a lunch event with prominent British New Yorkers.

Monday night the royal couple will kick back and watch the Brooklyn nets face off against the Cleveland Cavaliers and their star “King James”, otherwise known as LeBron James.
