Wind chills could dip below zero! A few flurries are not out of the question.

The end of the week further deteriorates as an upper level storm system enters the state on New Years Day and brings the threat of freezing rain and sleet to the area.

Roads may be slick and hazardous late Thursday into Friday.

Light snow is possible early Saturday.
