You read that right. Chipotle is offering free burritos, bowls, and tacos on January 26th.

The catch: – of course there was one – you have to try any of their Sofritas meals.

The food chain recently released a new vegan option in all of its U.S. and Canada locations.

Chipotle says the Sofritas is inspired by the Spanish word sofrito (a popular cooking base used for stews, rice, and beans in Spanish and Latin American culture) and is made of “organic, non-GMO tofu braised with chipotle chiles, roasted poblano peppers, and a blend of aromatic spices.”

So on Monday the 26th, go and order some Sofritas in your burrito or bowl. And regardless of whether or not you think it’s tasty, you can bring your receipt on your next visit for some free grub.

Your Sofritas receipt will be redeemable from January 27th through February 28th, 2015. You can get for a free burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos of your choice.

This might be an opportunity that is just too good to pass up.
