OKLAHOMA CITY –  We’ve been following the efforts of a young Oklahoma man and his new family who have a chance to win tickets to the upcoming Superbowl.

Friday morning we found out on NBC’s TODAY that they’re the big winners!

Christian Osterhout lost his mother and father in the span of just three years.

However, his coach at Crossings Christian School, Chris Roberts, ended up taking him in.

The NFL contest has been going on all season, and has requested fans to send in their stories of what football means to them.

So this fall, the coach’s wife, Sarah Roberts, secretly submitted a video of Christian for the contest telling his heartbreaking story.

Soon after, they learned the NFL had chosen them as finalists in the contest called, Together We Make Football.

Then, fans voted online to select the winner, and they chose Christian!

NFL super star Deion Sanders surprised Osterhout and the Roberts family with the the free tickets to the Super Bowl!

Congratulations Christian!
