Serge Ibaka’s big night

OKLAHOMA CITY– On the heels of a big win last night against the Utah Jazz,  Oklahoma City Thunder star Serge Ibaka  is preparing for a big Saturday night. He’s hosting the 3rd annual Pros For Africa celebration  benefiting Pros For Africa and Serge Ibaka Foundation Congo.

Hundreds of guests are expected to attend this sold out event, as well as Ibaka’s teammates, dignitaries, athletes and other celebrities.  NewsChannel 4’s Lance West will be on hand for tonight’s festivities and several of his news reports about his trip to Africa with Ibaka will be shown to guests.

There will be a silent auction and a live auction. Some of the items to be auctioned off include a one hour basketball camp  with Serge, as well as a “take Serge to school and see it on NewsChannel 4,” along with dinner with Serge at The Castle, and a behind the stage access pass with Grammy nominated sensation, Keri  Hilson.

Also, Sister Rosemary, named one of Time magazine’s most influential people will be honored for her charitable work.
