The Oklahoma women used a dominating effort to knock off Oklahoma State in the Lloyd Noble Center 73-54.
It's the 17th straight win for the Sooners over the Cowgirls on their home floor. In fact, the last OSU win in Norman came in 1998.
For a second straight game Midwest City natives Gioya Carter and Kaylon Williams carried the Sooners to victory. Carter dropped a game high 18 points, while Williams added 16.
Liz Donohoe was held scoreless and her Cowgirls shot 36% in the loss. A bright spot for OSU was Kaylee Jensen who scored 13 points in 15 minutes. LaShawn Jones led OSU with 15.
Roshunda Johnson scored 12, but on 4 of 16 shooting.
Jim Littell said of his team, who is on a two game skid, that they "just aren't hitting shots."
Oklahoma has now won 7 straight games and improve to 6-0 in Big 12 play.
Oklahoma State falls to 2-3 in conference play.
