GALVESTON, Texas – A Texas police officer says this traffic stop made his heart race.

With help from his fellow officers, Galveston police officer Gregory Parris pulled off an elaborate wedding proposal.

According to KHOU, Parris watched from his squad car as another officer pulled over Sara Wolff.

Dash cam video captures the officer telling Wolff she had outstanding warrants.

When the officer asks Wolff to get out of her vehicle, officer Parris makes his move.

“He said Sarah Jane Wolff will you be my wife,” said Wolff.

Galveston police officer Gregory Parris’ proposal couldn’t have gone any better.

“I can’t imagine being proposed to any better than that,” said the bride-to-be. “It was perfect for us.”
