HAMILTON, Mont. — A Montana man has been sentenced to 200 years in prison for impregnating an 11-year-old and molesting the victim’s younger sister.

According to the Missoulian, Ravalli County District Judge Jeffrey Langton said Mikeal Shane Pruett, 55, had a long history of predatory type sexual conduct toward young females.

Pruett was reportedly arrested after the 11-year-old girl was found to be 32 weeks pregnant.

Pruett was the guardian of the girl and her then 9-year-old sister.

The girl told officials that Pruett would come into her room and molest her at night.

She also said that Pruett had made up a story about her meeting a boy at the county fair, after he learned she was pregnant, the Missoulian reported.

“Instead of him doing the wrong thing, he would come in and tell me what to say,” the girl told officials. “He didn’t want to get caught.”

The girl’s 9-year-old sister told officials she would watch “though a peeking hole” in her bunk bed as Pruett molested her sister.

According to Missoulian, Pruett later molested the younger sister too.

“You seem to lack any semblance of a conscience,” Judge Langton told the man.

Pruett was sentenced to 200 years in prison.  He will be eligible for parole when he is 105.
