TAMPA, Fla. – Authorities in Florida are looking for a woman who vanished last week.

According to Bay News 9, 33-year-old Apryl Foster went to a bar with friends last Thursday and has not been seen since.

She was last seen exchanging phone numbers with a man, but surveillance video shows them walking away in separate directions.

Foster’s mother says it’s unusual for her daughter to be out-of-touch for so long.

“I mean we’ve never not talked in a day, even when she went on vacation I’d say ‘you don’t have to call me.’ ‘oh no you need to hear what I’m doing.’ And so it’s not like somebody who normally hides part of their life,” Peggy Berman told Bay News 9.

Although investigators haven’t found any evidence of foul play, they say they are concerned for Foster’s safety.
