OKLAHOMA CITY – An 18-year-old man is facing several charges following an alleged road rage incident.

On Feb. 15, officers were called to a northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood after a gun was pulled on a man.

The victim told police he was trying to confront three teenagers about a road rage incident.

When he got out of his car, the arrest affidavit claims “all three teenagers began yelling and cursing at him.”

The victim told officers that one of the teenagers reached back into the car and pulled out an assault rifle.

The man said he was walking to his car when he saw the teenager pull the slide of the gun.

As officers were speaking with the man a block away, a vehicle matching the suspect’s description drove down the street.

The driver immediately turned around and parked back into the driveway.

As three teenagers were trying to get back into the house, police were able to detain them.

According to the arrest affidavit, officers found a black assault rifle in the car.

“The assault rifle was found to have a total of 23 bullets in it with one of those bullets in the chamber and the remainder in the magazine attached to the gun,” the affidavit said.

18-year-old Caleb Micaletti was arrested for pointing a firearm, transporting a loaded firearm in a vehicle and possession of marijuana.
